Raul Zavaleta – Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of international entrepreneurial experience, Raul has translated his technology expertise into the foundation of several businesses. He is currently the CEO of Maaguzi, an eClinical Technology provider for the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare markets. He founded SciCor (now Covance), a clinical laboratory and data management service company for the pharmaceutical industry. He also established a joint venture in Geneva, Switzerland, expanding the concept of SciCor in the European market. Corning, Inc. acquired both companies. As founder and CEO of AVANTEC, he pioneered a new electronic data collection process for biopharmaceutical research. He has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Scott Dixon - Vice President, Business Development and Strategy
Scott has more than 18 years experience in the health care, life sciences and pharmaceutical industries and has translated his talents into opening new markets and developing strategy for emerging service providers. In his role as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, he oversees the sales, operations and business direction of the products and services Maaguzi offers. At WebMD Scott was in a Strategic Accounts role that focused on developing new clients and markets in direct to patient and direct to physician online education and marketing. Prior to that, he held key positions for several companies specializing in clinical trial management and outsourcing and Electronic Data Collection. His successful track record is attributed to his sound understanding of the clinical technology market and distilling these learning’s into solid business opportunities and strategies. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Georgia.
