OutcomeLogix ePRO is designed to work with all common browsers and requires no special plug-ins, downloads or high-speed connections for home users. The intuitive workflow navigation guides the user through the data entry process. This protocol specific form navigation prevents missed data entry, cleans the data on submission and can provide the user the ability to view their past responses. The recently added Apple iPhone mobile device support allows users to access and report spontaneous events or provide detailed ePRO sessions seamlessly whether in front of the computer or while they are mobile.
A full email and SMS text messaging reminder system can be programmed to initiate data entry windows of opportunity based on the protocol. If a procedure requires multiple points of entry (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly), the OutcomeLogix messaging module can be programmed to send email and text reminders to each user depending on the specific time-point. The reminders can start the day before a session window opens and can continue daily or multiple times per day until the data is entered or is closed. Site personnel can also be alerted when a patient is non-compliant to take the appropriate intervention with the patient.
The OutcomeLogix ePRO user interface is also multi-lingual. All forms, error messages, reminders and help files can be translated and inserted into the system based on your study requirements.
